With love and gratitude, Carrie's Kids honors the memory of Jed Gilbertson, whose family holds a special place in our hearts.
Jed's wife, Sheila, has been a longtime volunteer and art teacher with Carrie's Kids, sharing her creativity, kindness, and encouragement with the children and teens we serve. Their daughter, Ivy, has also made a meaningful difference as a wonderful mentor, offering friendship, guidance, and support.
In honor of Jed's life and the family's special connection to Carrie's Kids, memorial gifts will help us continue creating opportunities for children and teens to learn, grow, build friendships, and experience a sense of belonging.
